Our Teachers
Hayley Holdridge
Hayley (she/hers, 500ERYT) is an experienced yogi and avid student. As a practitioner of folk magic, Hayley came to yoga through the study of subtle energetics and meditation; both magic and yoga encourage the practitioner to “Know thyself”.
Through yoga, magic, and community, Hayley continues to practice the process of Self-discovery; developing compassion, discernment, and awareness through the path of Jnana Yoga, or the yoga of study.
Join Hayley for slow, spiritual flows, emphasizing the subtle alchemy of Yoga.
Alexis Unger
Alexis (she/they, 200RYT) is a yoga and meditation teacher, writer, and community connector. Alexis was initially drawn to yoga as a non-competitive method of movement and physical wellness. Alexis has since expanded their love of yoga to focus on meditation and asana’s role in overall mind-body-spirit connection.
Alexis’s passion is encouraging students to slow down and connect with their inner voice both on and off the mat through yoga, meditation, dance, and writing.
Helen Lee
Helen’s (she/her, 200RYT) journey to yoga began in 2019 as a weekly girls night outing. What started as a social activity soon turned into a journey of self exploration, inner healing and a deep desire to peel back the layers and know oneself fully.
Helen designs many aspects of her classes through the lens of The Five Element Theory of Chinese Medicine, looking to nature’s seasonal cycles and patterns for wisdom and inspiration. With the belief that we are an intricate part of Great Nature, Helen’s classes are designed to help us find harmony, balance and stability in each of life’s seasons through embodied movement, breath and mindfulness. In conjunction with the use of the imagination, metaphors and visualization, you can expect to leave class feeling connected and attuned to your external and internal environments.
