Join us for a slowed-down series of movements and breathing to help unlock the body and release the tension of your workday. Techniques from Hatha, Yin and Restorative melt seamlessly into steady and repetitive movements.

Let it all go in this blended class which focuses on releasing the fascia by utilizing long holds and body heat. Slower postures are broken up by quick rounds of warming movements.

Restful Restorative

Join us for a practice in surrendering as we learn to let be and let go. Stillness, soft music, deep breaths and lots of props make this class cozy and calming- perfect to help shed the day and prep for sleep.
